Simplify more_like timeouting

Using process pool causes troubles with uwsgi, so let's use simpler
process based approach. This will make it more expensive, but it anyway
usually takes in range of seconds on reasonable installation, so the
process creation overhead is quite minimal.

Also we now test the timeout situation.
