[testapp] Let's test Pillow and matplotlib

So we can get an apk via gh-actions

Notes:
  - this way the reviewers can see how the `on device unit test app`
    behaves when some test generates an image or give us an error
  - these changes will be reverted in the next commit
  - we must pin kiwisolver recipe to a commit, or the matplotlib recipe
    it won't pass the build stage, due to a recent changes in kiwisolver
    repo (https://github.com/nucleic/kiwi/pull/55)
