gridsearch_remote only enabled in DbicGrid - fixes #139

Move 'gridsearch_remote' to be default in Module::DbicGrid, not the
parent Module::Grid which may not have a server-side quick search
implemented (such as the schema grid). This allows the quick search box
to actually work, in local mode, for the schema grid
