Commit Message

Clarify exception handling in Transaction methods [ECR-3988] (#1319)

Make any exceptions but TransactionExecutionException be communicated
as 'unexpected' (wrapped in UnexpectedTransactionExecutionException),
but _only_ thrown from the transaction method, not from any surrounding
code (e.g., ServiceRuntime, ServiceWrapper, etc.)

Native code needs to be updated separately: ECR-4054

Also, update the Transaction documentation.
