Commit Message

Add tests for some functionality that applies to many commands
including:

1. test for invalid host that returns connection error

2. test for invalid --namespace option.

These tests cover all the cmd groups and commands that use these
features.  They are all in a single new file test_misc_errors.py because
it was easier to assure we had covered all commands than building
these broad tests into each group/command test.

This detected some errors in processing including:

1. class find command not returning error.
2. class delete not catching error in test before execution of delete.
3. instance create/modify incorrectly handling the --namespace option.
