contrib: embedded minimal version of libknot (sans crypto)

- this is not going to be here forever, but until it is: cleaned, has
apidoc and is stable
- source code changes going to be merged back to upstream
- is only used when the libknot is not present in the system for
platforms that don't have all the dependencies / don't have dependency
system
