Bugfixes

* fixed how AmiraMesh files are read; now assume that there is a `Label` attribute for the segments
* now we don't rely on self-reported Id values in the AmiraMesh header; rather, we use the index in materials to extract the material (name, id, colour etc.)
* ahds now handles r,c,s correctly but sfftk now needs to do a swap when both encoding and decoding
* corrected how lattices cols, rows and section values are written
* removed non-zero section value from volume index value in lattice
* adding _print partial function in core.py
* removed irrelevant clause in prep.py
* cleaned up amreader.py
* added package_data `sff.conf` in setup.py
* version bump: v0.4.3.dev0
