* add optional reader_method argument to GlobReaderGenerator

* add a reader_method key to the example configuration in the docstring

* add read_method arg to named kwargs

* add suggestions from @jcampbell - remove unnecessary reader_method args and add proper glob_config query

* add rudimentary test for reader_method - waiting for comment by @jcampbell if it should be extended

* increase target value assert to 4 due to added reader_method arg

* increase target value assert to 5 due to added reader_method arg

* improve test for reader_method
