Teach this app about GitHub installation events

- save information in DB to allow tenant configuration:
  - attempt auto-config in simple cases
- test for missing migrations
- use MT test classes in test suite
- sender field changes behavior to store GitHub UID
- add functions to discover user & tenant
- create_product_from_repository() respects tenant and skips forks
