* Pushing number of MCMC iterations up to high level for full run over OA network
* Added some info on 3rd party dependencies in root README. Cleaned up reference to obsolete files in inventory README
* Removed Last Known Good Config details from README
* Lots of file cleanup and documentation mainly in inventory and receiver_fn modules
* Got vespagram script into minimal usable state by taking I/O files as arguments. Certain aspects of this script still need to be made robust, especially removing hard-wired assumptions about array sizes and sampling rates.
* Added documentation about how to visualize 3d migrated volume
* Added RF documentation to docs. Major revision of RF README. Trivial code cleanup in extract traces script
