ft(Notifications): Users and Managers can receive notifications for edited requests

- added migration to modify the notifications table
- updated the trips controller notifications to match the new changes on notification table
- added echo notification functinality to the user can edit request controller
- added echo notification functinality to the manager can approve or reject request
