Split Travis run into multiple jobs

Provide faster test feedback by executing the different RSpec/Jest
test suites in multiple jobs.

Travis limits the number of parallel jobs for open source projects to
five. We therefore only run the main test suite against multiple Ruby
versions and group all Jest suites into a single job.

Remove `sudo` options, which `travis lint` claims has no effect
anymore.
