Fix for #114 and unittests for impedances.impedance (#153)

- Fix for #114 (inconsistent frequency_resolution). The frequency_resolution is now computed in .process() function of the InducedVoltageTime and InducedVoltageFreq classes, and is based on the number of points used for the FFT (.n_fft). 
- Added unittests for impedances.impedance
