* Update the script to start cryptocurrency-demo

* Added a simple exonum-java/start-node.sh script for starting a single node
* Added exonum-launcher configuration for cryptocurrency-demo and qa service

* Fix launcher plugins:

* Enable supervisor service by default
* Fix generate-sources for core module to generate correct python module
* Rename plugins directory to exonum_launcher_java_plugins
