Improve computation exceptions logging. (#1020)

 * Revert the possibility to add multiple exceptions.
 * Fix the behaviour when having a single cause exception.
 * Add the possibility to create a computation exception without a cause exception,
   and to specify the message to be used
 * Clean javadoc
 * Restructure unit tests
