223: Add more RPC command (#165)

* commands added:
    add RPC command: getting current connecting peers, getting vertex,
    getting milestone, getting peer chain, getting milestone chains 
    and getting recent stat and long-run stat

* refactor old rpc code: 
    remove hash message and duplicated empty request;
    refactor all rpc responses to optional string in json format;
    make all remained "state" to "milestone";
    seperate .h and .cpp files of command_line and basic_block_explore;
    remove rpc service;

* rewrite rpc tests to a compressed one and add rpc get block test

* fix bug of test wallet normal workflow

* modify show peer
