jmchiltonLarge refactoring of shed operations toward using repo realization. Introduce a simple abstraction for repository realization in e8d2e2275 and applied it just to building tarballs. This commit pull the realization process up a level so all the shed operations (shed_lint, shed_upload, and shed_create) now "realize" effective repositories first and then act on those. I think with this abstraction in place the shed operations now deal with only realized paths and realized configurations - this means the next big should hopefully be able introduce demultiplexing of repositories.
