Work around systemd private /tmp directories in test suite

The test suite was broken on Ubuntu 18.04 (my laptop)
because it sees a different /tmp then Apache does...

This is probably not what's bugging the Travis CI
builds, but who knows, I'm open to a surprise ;-).
