Overhaul font sizes; get rid of .bodytext

Is this the last major overhaul?

Rationalised the font sizes, now based on a 6px base vertical grid,
rather than 12px.

So the serif text is now 20px on 30px line height.

Sidebar etc text remains 14px on 24px line height.

No need for a seprate "bodytext" style for blog posts etc.

Simpler, hopefully better.
