fix creation of LB4 models with auto-generated id

- Add a try/catch block to prevent `coerceId` from crashing the process
  on uncaught exception (forward the coercion error via callback).

- Fix `isObjectIDProperty` to use the correct ObjectID constructor
  in `instanceof` check.
