- Introduce `Sizeable` and `Hashable` classes (instead of a big fat `Crypto`   class). This allows us to abstract over the particular size and hash   representation (so no more `HasTypeReps` or `HashAlgorithm` in the `STS`   instances or `Data` declarations). - Use `ConstraintKinds` in the `Hashable` class to make the code easier to   change. - Reduce constraints dependencies. - Rename `MockCrypto` to `Mock`. - Use a single type parameter, named `p`, that can be used to add type   constraints. - Introduce the `Indexed` class. - Introduce the `ActiveSIPs` `newtype` and use it as type of the `asips` state   variable. - Introduce the `Participants` `newtype`. - Add a `SubmittedSIPs` `newtype`. - Introduce `WhenRevealedSIPs` class. - Introduce `WhenSubmittedSIPs` `newtype`. - Introduce a `RegisteredSIPs` `newtype`. - Add `Ballot` and `StakeDistribution` newtypes. - Add a `SIPsVoteResults` newtype. - Add an `ApprovedSIPs` newtype
