Commit Message

DEC-218: Added caching tests to items controller spec. Currently tests setting of etag, last modified date, max-age, and public/private. I chose to do direct comparison on the response headers in some cases instead of stubbing since there are multiple functions that can set some of these params (ex: fresh_when, expires_in, etc can all set public=true)
