<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/1a1105a75">Add a helper script to run basic selser test that RT testing runs

* Right now, this should help us compare Parsoid/PHP and Parsoid/JS
  but later on, we can trim out the Parsoid/JS code and it will just
  be a selser testing script for testing selser like RT testing does.

Ex: tools/test.selser.sh fr.wikipedia.org &#39;Liste de répliques de la grotte de Lourdes&#39; /tmp/fr.wt
