<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/d8613c1d1">Fix bug arising from JS vs PHP differences in falsy values

* [] is truthy in JS and falsy in PHP.
* This caused downstream crashers in the &lt;poem&gt; extension code
  which assumed string values for arguments (and would have led to
  crashers in any other native extension making this assumption).
* Added a parser test with a class=&quot;&quot; that crashes without this patch.
