* Do not start H2 connection in init/1, use handle_continue/2

* Add backoff configuration fields

* Adjust to he extension of the Sparrow.H2Worker.Config.t()

* Fix the h2_integration/certificate_rejected_test

* Fix the h2_integration/certificate_required_test

* Fix the h2_integration/h2_adapter_instability_test

* Fix h2_worker_test

* Add a helper function to easily create a H2Worker with the random IDs

* handle_continue needs elixir 1.7 or higher

* Repair some specs and the some return values

* Pass map to Sparrow.H2Worker.Config.new/{9 => 1}

* Adjust to the recent change in Sparrow.H2Worker.config.new/{9 => 1} in the code

* Adjust to the recent change in Sparrow.H2Worker.config.new/{9 => 1} in the tests

* Changes according to the review
