feat: include profiling check (#2584)

* when profiling any unit test which are throwing exceptions are leaked. So include way to disable all exceptions at once.
* this will fail 4 tests, which are not handled in this PR. but is easier to debug even with failed tests.
* also revert the exception check for a test from @try catch to [self except-in].
