* adding changes from Issue/110/refactor_clmm_api. added new Cluster object definition as well as a use-case ipynb and loading/centering scripts

* removing old centering.py. We're ignoring recentering operations for the sake of simplicity

* changing Cluster-->GalaxyCluster. removing travis test that requires all classes inherit _CLMMBase. Added appropriate fixes to refactor_workspace

* adding comments, docstrings to cluster.py. allowing for autotmatic pickle protocol

* updated load_from_DC2.py to convert shears-->ellipticities. added Shenming's code for generating mock data into refactor_workspace, have yet to give this its own folder

* adding Shenming's name to the readme
