Introduce all Nexmo signing hashing options to Signature (#134)

* add hashing options for sha1, sha256, sha512

* add MD5 HMAC signature hashing and update testing accordingly

* define default for signature_method

* move default definition to instance method not private method

* address tim's review

* fixed the hashing algorithm

* refactor string replacement to use #tr and make sure the modified string is used in digest_string

* specify specifically the md5 functionality in the digest require statement

* remove unnecessary variable assignments
