Site improvements for 0.2.0 release (#15)

* configure travis url to enable the CI site report
* Moved BinaryStringFormatter into sensor package and made it package private
* remove milestone versions from the upgrade report
* rename getOutputGroup() to overload getOutput() for simplicity
* upgrade site plugin
  * holding back doxia version eliminates rendering bugs in new site plugin
* explicitly declare maven site skin version (highest version requires buggy doxia)
* add analytics to javadoc
* pretty print code examples in javadoc
* produce test-javadoc artifact
* disable unnecessary aggregate javadoc report
* force pmd reports to appear
* DRY google analytics id into pom property
* add workaround for javadoc bug requesting missing dejavu webfont
* update to current google analytics tracking code
* fixing potential charset issue found by SpotBugs
* large improvement to the maven generated site
* README.md thinned down as content moved to maven site
