fix tests on Windows

* The file descriptor opened by tempfile.mkstemp has to be closed by
  os.close(fd); otherwise os.remove(path) doesn't work, since the fd is
  still considered open.

* Now we have set a half bottom limit (1ms) on ProgressBar's elapsed
  time to avoid division by zero (strangely *sometimes* I get this on
  Windows, while the time precision is pretty good).

* Obviously srt.srt doesn't work on Windows, again because of newline
  issues. Removed. All remaining files are binary so they should pose no
  cross-OS further problems (hopefully).

* Other improvements to tests.
