Rename componentWillMount to UNSAFE_componentWillMount

Rename componentWillMount to UNSAFE_componentWillMount to
suppress warnings in non-strict mode. In React 17.x, only the
UNSAFE_ name will work.

Eventually the code should be refactored to not use any unsafe
methods.
