ch(Testing) Test Accounts App (#17)

- Unit Test accounts app to 100% coverage
- Change Login method to require email instead of username
- Change USERNAME_FIELD to email instead of username
- Remove reduntant logout page view
- Redirect users to the login page after succesful registration
- Revert test runner back to unittest
- Set up Base Test Classes
- Set up User Factory and Guest Email Factory
