Add ytypes.DeleteNode(), NodeDataMap return for GeneratePathCode, and others (#327)

* Add ytypes.DeleteNode(), NodeDataMap return type for ypathgen.GeneratePathCode, and others.

- Add NodeData and NodeDataMap types to ypathgen. NodeDataMap is now a type
  returned from GeneratePathCode that users can inspect to generate their own
  extension methods, and other generated code.
- Partially fix an issue in ytypes that disallowed unions with a single enum to
  be unmarshalled.
- Exported genutil.openFile, genutil.syncFile, and util.PathStringToElements for
  use by generators that build upon ypathgen.
- Add ability to delete nodes from a GoStruct with function ytypes.DeleteNode to
  complement ytypes.SetNode.
- Remove support for Go 1.10, and add badge displaying supported Go versions.
- And README line explaining we support most 3 recent Go releases.
