<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/fe8630be0">Fix for {{DEFAULTSORT}} used without parameter causing crash

* Fix includes html2wt test for {{DEFAULTSORT}} with content
  of BIRD that simulates a VE edit and results in the Wikitext
  {{DEFAULTSORT:BIRD}} which is correct.

* Fix includes all modes tests for {{DEFAULTSORT}}
  {{DEFAULTSORT:}} and {{DEFAULTSORT:DOGGIE}}.

* ParsoidJS blacklist was changed to indicate failure of
  the test &quot;Defaultsort with key being added (T236846)&quot;
  as it does not generate correct WT for this test.

* ParsoidPHP blacklist was changed as a previously failing
  namespace test {{NS:0} now passes.
