Fix history view updates of past migrations

In migration 0091 all history views are recreated. Our migration test of
migration 0018 revealed a problem after this change: past migrations
didn't update the history views of some tables after columns were
changed. This isn't a problem anymore since migration 0091, but to make
the tests work and past migrations correct, these migrations are now
updated to update history views properly.
