Remove unused get commands from dropdown and code rewrite (#678)

changed SIGNALduino_Get and implemented all actions into %gets
Added new internal hasCC1101 which shoud inform us if we have an cc1101 or not
Get commands will be filtered based on the hasCC1101 internal  fixes partial of #423
