[EDA-713]Feature select eb entity on invoice create and edit (#170)

* Taxpayer detail now show the eventbrite entities associated with that taxpayer
* Create and edit invoice form modified:
 1_ Field EB entity selector added
 2_ This selector only shows the EB entities related with the taxpayer which he tries to create an invoice
* Bug fixed: On taxpayer edition when the user change EB entities the system did't update well and also the view did't show the EB entities that are already related with the taxpayer
