Fixed Reminders GUI not updating (#113)

* Fixed Reminders GUI not updating

fix (dirty): Created a AppointmentList class to handle data for GUI usage, while Appointment Table still stores the data in jsonfile. Both run in parallel, which means data is added in both objects when using Reminder Command.
fix: some renaming for better clarity and format
temp: disabled delete and sort reminder command as they are not ready for v1.3
@ReignOfComputer will continue refactoring this.

* Removed DeleteReminder command test

because command is currently disabled
