internal: let the resolver emit resolve events (#98)

* internal: let the resolver emit resolve events

This fixes a bug where a standalone Resolver would not emit
the final result of its resolve, because there is no dial
attached to the resolve itself. Also, from a logic standpoint,
it seems anyway better to emit such event there.
