Add station swap button (#38)

Adding a button to allow for swapping origin and destination stations in newly created `StationsSelector` component

As a result, I updated the Redux actions. Folded `'SET_ORIGIN'` & `'SET_DESTINATION'` to `'SET_STATIONS'`.
