<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/273623bee">Allow exceptions while running parserTests to halt execution

These were silently being suppressed during the port so the whole suite
would run but is now time to go away.

Also, fix --exit-unexpected since it&#39;s throwing an Error, not an
Exception.
