Kenson list command1.3 (#206)

* Rewrote listcommand to improve logic and actually throw correct exception for wrong month user input.

* edited one old test case and added some comments to understand code easier.

* Cleaned up some repetitive code snippets.

* Changed to use parseDate instead of parseMonth, created calendar constructor for ListCommand to use predicate for filter. Added/edited 2 tests as well

* Changed to getSingleValue to prevent multiple m/ prefixes occuring.

* added few comments.

* updated listcommand to use updateFilteredTransactionListToCurrentMonth() instead.

* Updated UGDG to account for updated Listcommand
