makefiles: Align with tabsize=8

Makefiles were not well aligned. `source.mak` already has a modeline:
`# vim: ts=8`. So, it would be better to use tabsize=8 for all Makefiles
for consistency.

Set `indent_size=8` in `.editorconfig` and align the Makefiles with that
setting.
