Filesystems (#21)

* Do not raise an exception to make the module still importable

* Do only check for the last part of the filenames - everything else is environment dependent and untestable

* Change the way folders are handled: do only create them once needed

* Added two tests for the folder structure assumptions

* Simplify the entry point by always using the same worker class factory

* Create the output directory right before calling the task

* Do not create output folders if they are not needed and always start from the path of the script file when evaluating relative folders

* More documentation on file systems

* Better be absolute

* .. and better be more verbose

* Add new transfer files mechanism

* Prevent errors

* Do not transfer result files so far

* Documentation for the new filesystem features
