Added Group Support in ModelManager, StorageManager, Tests (#105)

* Group initial commit, partial duplicate of Model, no test, no userPrefs, no Id from Contact

* added skeleton to support finding of Contacts by Id, incomplete

* Refactored Group and now have a Member class which contains the Id

* Some Member Logic implemented

* AddMemberToGroupCommand and Parser sort of done, changed member imlementation to just MemberId, remove dependency on Id,
