* UnusedDependencyRule: support new gradle configurations

* UnusedDependencyExcludeRule: make sure it supports implementation and api configurations

* MinimumDependencyVersionRule: remove automatic actions and make warnings available. API/implementation configuration support

* remove OverriddenDependencyVersionRule

* DuplicateDependencyClass: support for api/implementation configurations

* remove overridden-dependency-version.properties file

* Add findResolvableConfiguration mehthod in DependencyService

* Remove overriden rule from all-dependencies.properties file

* Fix MethodScanner to not have duplicate artifacts
