JS-63 - Serialize Signature and Signer
Moved generateBytes methods out of transaction into the BinarySerializationImpl. Now one place can handle serialization and deserialization making transaction much cleaner.
There is no need of create a generate top level and generate embedded methods per transaction
Common fields like maxFee, signature, signer, duration, etc are serialized at top level, not per transaction
Fixed tests so it counts the new signer and signature serialization.
