Refactoring error throwing approach in PhysicalActivity and Sleep validators
Adding validation for date_end to not be older than date_start in GET method of Logs
Changing the return of the GET methods of the Log service, which now comes with an array of logs each day within the given date range (with the value 0 if it does not exist, or with the value registered in the database).
Refactoring associated tests and create new necessary ones
