Local computation manager : fix CompletableFuture contract of cancel (#859)

Fix local computation manager future behaviour on cancel :

 * implementation of CompletableFuture bound to an actual task,
   which overrides the behaviour of cancel to also interrupt the task thread.
   It re-uses the JDK FutureTask class, which does just this.
   Cancel also properly causes to complete with CancellationException,
   as implemented in JDK CompletableFuture class.
 * the local computation manager returns such a CompletableFuture,
   and relies on the interrupt to know when the underlying process
   should also be killed
 * the "after" post-processing is for the moment not executed anymore
   when cancellation has been requested.
 * unit tests to demonstrate the behaviour
