* This Parsoid/JS behavior feels a bit weird, but for now, we are
  just mimicking it.

* Also, Parsoid/JS indiscriminately sets page title based on the
  DISPLAYTITLE property whereas it takes effect in some fairly
  narrow scenarios.

  This cleanup is something left for when we start the integration
